Refund policy

You can return or exchange your items if for whatever reason you are unhappy with your Luxe Lifting Co gear.

- Items must be in original packaging and in unused condition

- Shipping expenses are non refundable

- Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery
Please note that exchanges or returns for store credit are free of charge.

If in the likely event you believe you have received a faulty item, please email us at admin@luxeliftingco.com.au so we can rectify this for you. Please include your order number, your name and a clear photo of the item
